Police say they have located a man accused of stalking women at a local Target. Evansville officer Bob Wies says they plan to speak with the suspected stalker, described as a young man in his late 20s with wavy brown hair. They say he displayed inappropriate behavior by following women through the eastside Target... blocking their cars - in some cases. But Officer Weis says he wont be arrested because he didnt commit a crime. Kim, who didnt want to give her last name, says she ignored friends e-mails about run-ins with the male stalker, until it happened to her. She says she didnt talk to him but heard he heard hed spoken to some women. But she says shes glad she got the e-mail because she knew not to let to go that far. Women have also reported encounters with a man fitting the same description at Burlington Coat Factory and Hobby Lobbey. Fox 7 spoke with officials at Target and they say they are working with police. Police say the stores involved can choose to ban the suspected stalker from their property.
