The Warrick County Sheriffs department and Indiana State Police are investigating a murder Friday night.
Investigators are still on the scene. The body of a woman was found at her home.
Her home is close to State road 161 and State road 68 near the town of Selvin.
The victim is a woman. They believe she is in her early 20s.
Her alleged boyfriend who lives there -- told police that he found her body when he got home.
He also told police he has been out of state for the past few days.
Investigators think she was killed in the last 24 hours.
They are not releasing any details on her identity.
An autopsy is scheduled Saturday.
