Beshears comments came in remarks to the State Chamber of Commerce in Lexington. (Louisville, KY) -- A judge is set to make a decision this week as to which company will perform tests on the broken cable on a ride at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom that severely injured a teenage girl in June.
