Wilkes Sentencing Postponed

We will have to wait a couple weeks to find out if Daniel Wilkes will be the next resident on Indianas death row.
Wilkess sentencing was scheduled for Friday, but his defense attorneys asked for more time to prepare.
That request was granted.
The new sentencing date is January 25th.
Wilkess case was moved out of Evansville to Clark County where a jury found him guilty of killing Donna Claspell and her two daughters, but the jury deadlocked over whether he should receive the death penalty.
