Coupons for Digital Converter Boxes

The Government will be distributing millions of coupons for digital converter boxes.
The national conversion to digital won't happen until just over a year from now, but many consumers are worried and some a little confused.
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration wants to ease worries with $40 coupons they will be mailing out next month.
Between now and March 31, households can apply for two of the $40 coupons online at www.dtv2009.gov or by phone at 1-888-DTV 2009.
The big change in television is coming February 18, 2009.
