No Re Election for Nix

Once is apparently enough for Bill Nix.
The Vanderburgh county commissioner has decided not seek re-election this year.
Nix says his 4-years on the board have been very rewarding, but he says it has become too much to try to balance his full time job and his elected job.
He says the county would be better served by someone who could devote more time to the position.
Nix was first elected to the job in 2004.
