Davis Faces Grand Jury

Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Stan Levco says hell let a grand jury decide whether to charge an Evansville woman with murder.
Judy Davis allegedly beat Bailey Bell senior last Friday night at a home on East Franklin.
Bell later died.
Davis told police she and Bell were drinking when Bell made an inappropriate move on her, so she kicked him several times.
Coroner Don Erk says it looks like the beating itself did not kill Bell.
Levco says the grand jury will get the case in late January or early February.
