U.S. 231 Corridor Bidding

The Indiana Department of Transportation announced the winning bidder for the final phase of the widening of U.S. 231 through Spencer County. INDOT awarded a contract for the latest work on the project to a Bloomington Indiana firm for $18 million. The project is being paid for with Major Moves money and should be finished 3 years ahead of schedule.
