37 year old Christopher James Donegan of Grass Valley California is facing charges of possessing and dealing marijuana after he was pulled over on Interstate 64 Wednesday morning.
Indiana State Police say they stopped Donegan in Crawford County for speeding and unsafely changing lanes.
That's when ISP's K-9, Justice, found 33 pounds of marijuana packed in suitcases in the back of the car.
Police say the drugs are worth about $210,000.
The judge set Donegan's bond at $50,000 cash.
