Congressional leaders reached an agreement with the White House to stimulate the economy. They say the package would give most tax filers refunds of six to twelve hundred dollars. More money would be refunded to families with children. The package also raises limits on federal housing loans to address the mortgage crisis. It also gives tax cuts to business owners.
