Court Denies Boneys Murder Appeal
(Louisville, KY) -- The Indiana Court of Appeals has denied Charles Boneys appeal of his conviction in the Camm family murders.
Boney was sentenced to 225-years in prison for the murders of Kimberly Camm and her children, Bradley and Jill in September 2000.
Boney had argued that Floyd Circuit Court Judge J. Terrence Cody had made five errors in his trail and that he should get a new trial to correct them, according to the "Courier Journal." The Court of Appeals denied each alleged error, saying it did not affect the outcome of the trial.
David Camm, Boneys co-defendant, still has an appeal pending.
