An Evansville woman once again faces charges in connection with the death of an Evansville man.
A grand jury indicted Judy Davis on charges of reckless homicide and battery.
She is in jail under a $10,000 dollar bond and she is due in court Thursday.
Police arrested Davis January 11 and originally charged her with murder.
The victim, Bailey Bell, either fell or was pushed onto a whiskey bottle and died after he and Davis had an argument.
Davis said Bell touched her inappropriately and she was just defending herself.
