People in Carmi could be in for what Ron says will be four to five inches of snow.
Many thought the snow would hit the area Thursday afternoon.
But by six in the evening there was a bit of ice but the snow was a no show.
Residents we spoke with it say theyre not doing much to prepare for it.
Even those going for a run say theyll still be out tomorrow no matter what happens.
But the White County Highway Department was out putting down sand on slick areas.
Forecasters say Carmi should finally get some accumulation by midnight.
