EARLY RESULTS: BRIDGESTONE FIRESTONE’S “AVOIDING SQUIRREL” HOLDS NARROW LEAD AS SPOTBOWL AD POLL CONTINUES TO COLLECT VOTES
HARRISBURG, Pa. (February 4, 2008) – Just hours after the game, early results in the nation’s online commercial poll, SpotBowl, show Bridgestone Firestones “Avoiding Squirrel” as the crowd favorite and holding a narrow lead over Anheuser-Busch’s 60-second ad featuring an underachieving Clydesdale training his way back into the Budweiser cart-pulling starting line-up.
The SPOTBOWL polls will remain open until noon EST on Tuesday to capture the nation’s powerful “water cooler vote.” Now in its fifth year, SPOTBOWL is the brainchild of Pennsylvania-based advertising and public relations thinkbank, Pavone.
