State Police Discover Methamphetamine and Hydrocodone Pills during Search
Vincennes- Early Thursday morning, February 7, Indiana State Police and Knox County Sheriff’s Department launched a criminal investigation after receiving information regarding illegal drug activity occurring at a residence located at 225 South 9th Street, Vincennes. When officers entered the residence at approximately 2:30 a.m. this morning they encountered Norman Stone, 36, and Wendy Sinclair, 31. Both individuals reside at the residence. During a search of the property, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered. Stone had a small amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Sinclair had a large amount of Hydrocodone pills in her possession. Both individuals were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond.

· Norman Stone, 36, 225 South 9th Street, Vincennes, IN Possession of Methamphetamine under 3 grams, Class C Felony Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class B Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
· Wendy Sinclair, 31, 225 South 9th Street, Vincennes, IN Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class D Felony Possession of a Legend Drug, Class D Felony
