Inmates Help Clean Up After Tornado

A major cleanup effort is underway in Muhlenberg county following Tuesdays storm. Among those helping out, inmates from the Muhlenberg County Jail. These inmates normally do daily work detail, but now theyre doing it on a much larger scale. Theyre working longer hours than usual, cutting wood and clearing debris. Street Superintendent Keith Hobgood says the inmates are a tremendous help. Hobgood says its also cheap labor. The only cost is providing the inmates with a hot meal.
