Tornado Cleanup Guidelines

Kentucky State Police say theres one big problem standing in the way of tornado clean up-gawkers.
Homeowners and contractors cant get in and out of their neighborhoods because the roads are clogged with onlookers so State Police set up road blocks.
Homeowners and contractors in Powderly and Greenville must have a permit to get past the road blocks.
Those passes can be picked up at the 4-H extension office in Powderly.
Its the same story in Central City.
People there have to get passes at the Central City Fire Department.
Both are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
