Kentucky Lotto Privacy Law

Sometimes winning the lottery can get you a lot of unwanted friends fast, but a proposed law could help winners remain anonymous. The names of Kentucky Lotto winners wanting their names withheld from the public could do so under a new bill. Currently, all Kentucky Lottery Corporation records are open to the public. The bill has been assigned to the house state government committee for review. But even if the bill does pass, winning a large sum of money is not an easy thing to keep quiet.
