A robbery-turned-chase Tuesday night landed the suspect in the hospital.
Evansville police were called out on a pursuit after a man robbed the Book Broker on Covert Avenue.
The chase went into Henderson County.
25 year old Ryan Morrison was finally stopped in front of Ellis Park, as he tried to make a u-turn and head back north.
Morrison went to the hospital for injuries he got during the pursuit.
But soon after, he was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail and booked on armed robbery and resisting arrest charges.
The Henderson County Sheriff's Department found cash in his vehicle and other evidence that are expected to lead to felony drug charges.
