Louisiana Street Fire

A fire swept through an Evansville business this morning. Officials say a passerby saw a fire at Phillips and Son and called 9-1-1. Fire crews arrived shortly after and say they believe the fire started in the back of the building. Crews had trouble getting the fire out at what they believe was a small engine repair shop due to the icy conditions. The fire is currently stopped--but officials say its not totally out.
