Kentucky Casino Protests

A church group in Owensboro is joining the fight against casino gambling in Kentucky. Greater Vision Baptist Church is sending more than 30 members to the state capital as the bill comes up for another vote. Greater Visions pastor Tim Russ says he believes casinos in Kentucky is a moral issue. He says hes against all gambling. But is especially worried about what casinos in Kentucky would cost the state socially and economically. Earlier this month it was a group of women speaking out against casinos in Kentucky. They took their fight to Frankfort. And now a group of Owensboro church members are doing the same. Pastor Russ says they will do that with more than 30 church members. Joining other churches across the state speaking in the capitol rotunda Wednesday .
