Federal Funds Coming to Illinois Tornado Victims

Federal funds will help Southern Illinois tornado victims take the next step in their recovery from the February storm.
The tornado that swept through several counties on February 29th was responsible for eight deaths in Harrisburg.
Thousands of dollars will now be available for property owners to rehab their homes and fix everything from roofs to electrical or plumbing issues.
Victims just need to apply, and when approved, it should take about four weeks to receive the funds.
