Heat Delays Cloverleaf Construction

By: Chris Veech
Updated: June 28, 2012

The extreme heat delayed work tonight on the U.S. 60 Overpass in Henderson.

Crews say they were suppose to start pouring concrete at 8 p.m., but it's too hot.

Temperatures are required to be about 86 degrees before the concrete can be poured.

They hope to start back up at midnight.

Work will be finished by Monday.
