Prosecutors Opt Not To File Murder Charge Against Teenager

Prosecutors have decided not to file charges against one of four people arrested last week in an Evansville murder investigation.
Hurt, along with her brother William, adopted sister Deadre, and foster brother Harley Wade were arrested last week in connection with the death of Mark Golike.  Golike's body was found floating in the Ohio River Father's Day.  However, during a Monday court appearance, the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office only filed charges against three of the defendants.  Andrea Hurt was released and not charged.  Prosecutors say this is an ongoing investigation, and other charges against Hurt may be filed later.
