Madisonville Middle School Children Charged

Four middle school students in Madisonville are in jail after bringing a gun to a basketball game.
Madisonville Police say the four male students are charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property.
They say the incident happened in December at a basketball game at James Madison Middle School.
Police say each child took possession of the gun that has been recovered by the police.
The juveniles are now at a juvenile detention center in Bowling Green until their court date.
