A Gibson County woman is arrested for allegedly giving a minor abortion money. Kacy Heath of Owensville is charged with conspiracy to commit identity theft and contributing to the delinquincy of a minor.

Authorities say Heath gave the 15-year-old girl the money but was not the girl's legal guardian, and the teen's guardians had no knowledge of it. Tonight she's sitting in the Gibson County Jail.
