Boy With Brain Tumor Dies

A young boy who won the hearts of many local residents has lost his battle with brain tumors.
Six year old Michael Canary died Friday night.
The young boy had been diagnosed with having multiple in-operable tumors on his brain stem.
His story gained popularity when it was discovered his family was living in a motel.
Generous donations and help allowed the family to move into a home and start a new life.
Sadly, Michaels ended too soon.
Visitation will take place Wednesday at Miller and Miller Funeral Home.
The funeral will be held Thursday at Memorial Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
