Tri-State Flooded Roads

Many other tri-state areas were hit with heavy rain and flooding.
Warning signs are up, but residents can see the high waters just by looking out their windows.
We rode along with crews and saw that a large portion of South Lincoln Avenue is under water and closed off.

Forecasters say the rain should turn into sleet later tonight, but the good news....flooding is expected to decrease.
