Festival Booths Try to Bounce Back after Slow Start

The majority of the booths at the Fall Festival are non-profit organizations, and it's pretty common that booths can fund their entire annual budget off this week alone. But many booths are off to a slow start due to the rain earlier this week, and a few are using unique tactics to play catchup. Eyewitness News Tabnie Dozier explains.
