Drivers cant use part of Morgan Avenue until further notice.
Thats because its under water.
Water from the flooded Pigeon Creek ended up covering a section of Morgan near Theatre Drive.
It was estimated to be over a foot deep.
There arent very many barricades left for the city to use so there arent many set up.
Some drivers received written warnings to lawfully encourage them to take detours and not go through the water.
