Owensboro Police Arrest Teenager in Child Pornography Case

An Owensboro teenager has been arrested on child porn charges. Last month the police department detectives opened the investigation related to possible child pornography. That led to the discovery of videos contained on a laptop computer owned by 19-year-old Zachary Wathen. Police say the content of the videos show minors engaged in sexual conduct.
