$14 Million Bridge Maintenance

Starting Wednesday night one lane in each direction will be closed for overnight painting.
The lanes will re-open each morning at 6 a-m.
That work is expected to last about 2 months.
Then in May, the northbound bridge will be totally shut down for truss, joint and bridge deck work.
That work is expected to take 160 days.
The northbound bridge is the older of the two.
It was built in 1932.
