Officials at the state Board of Education meeting in Frankfort said results may not be released until the end of the month, or even the beginning of next month.
The department has been telling school districts and members of the public to expect the scores from the new K-prep tests to be lower than the scores have been for the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System due to new benchmarks.
The department says parents will receive their children's scores about two weeks after the public release.
