The race for Superintendent of Public Instruction in Indiana is heating up. Today, Democrat Glenda Ritz called out her Republican opponent, incumbent Tony Bennett, on out-of-state campaign donations from, what she calls, privatization proponents. Ritz released public reports showing bennett raised more than $600,000 from out-of-state donors. The Democrat criticized the move saying some of the donors have issues with education. Bennett could not be reached for comment.
