By: Chris Veech
Updated: October 11, 2012

A Henderson man allegedly involved in a prescription fraud case turns himself in to police. Indiana State Troopers say back in January, 27-year-old Samuel Ballou allegedly obtained blank prescriptions from an Evansville physician and later provided them to 25-year-old James Wood of Henderson. Wood then allegedly used them to get prescription drugs at a Vanderburgh County pharmacy. Woods was arrested back in July. Ballou is facing fraud charges.
