Judge Allows Right to Work Lawsuit to Proceed

A lawsuit challenging Indiana's Right to Work Law lives to see another day. Governor Mitch Daniels signed the controversial bill into law earlier this year. The United Steelworkers filed suit claiming it violates Indiana's Constitution, which bars demands for services without just compensation. The state asked the lawsuit be thrown out, but a judge in Lake County says it can proceed.
