Perry Township rescuers went to help a man trapped in his house by floodwater this afternoon.
It happened just after 4 o'clock on Shore road in Union Township.
While in route - officials called a neighbor they knew had a boat and met that man at the waters edge.
The man with the boat pulled the other man Ryan Sanders out of the home. It turns out -Sanders was wanted on 3 failure to appear warrents. Authorities arrested him and took him to jail.
Sanders told authorities he had to leave his house because he ran out of drinkable water.
