Third Meningitis Death Reported in Indiana

The latest victim is an Indiana resident.
So far, Indiana has been more than forty cases. Nationwide, the CDC says their have been 24 deaths related to the outbreak, and more than 300 cases reported across the country.
The Fungal Meningitis cases are related to a tainted steroid shot produced by the New England Compounding Center in Massachusetts.
