EVSC Releases Enrollment Numbers for 2012-2013

The EVSC has unveiled its enrollment numbers for the 2012-2013 school year.

On Thursday, the district revealed it currently serves just under 23,000 students. Those numbers indicate a 129 student increase in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Overall enrollment, however, is down by 94 students from last year.

North is the largest high school with 1,550 students. The smallest is the new Tech Institute with 205 students. The largest middle school is North Junior High with 802 students. The largest elementary school in the EVSC is Highland Elementary with nearly 950 students.
