Evansville Man Charged With Neglect

An Evansville man is arrested after police say he failed to obey a judge's order and fled from officers with his 3-year-old child.
Police say while trying to resolve a custody dispute, Sales took the child into a home and locked the door. A short time later, offices say Sales came back out of the house, holding the child. They say Sales then ran through several yards before he was caught by police.
Sales now faces charges of child neglect and resisting arrest. The child was not injured.
