The phrase going "forward" is a pick/up "line" indicating "catch" word marketing times,as of now because one of the political bents has "latched" onto it I tend to ignore its use as mundane. Natural gas is an clean productive energy choice, but it is limited by future supply depletion.Infrastructure maintenance.Maintaining lines is a PM must, however replacing present failing infrastructure with the same class of transfer methods is hardly moving forward, more like "keeping up". While it is good to implement good PM structure to maintain base infrastructure this should already be in the customer cost mix,We shouldn't see a raise in rates to do something that should always be an ongoing program in its applications anytime. There are today some advances in energy supply applications entering into the future mix of the supply base applications research. Research and applied development of such "emerging and evolving resources" are the applications science tends to see as moving forward(has destination vectoring--->)Something being "stuck in the mud" indicates the need to apply traction or "work to move" in any desired direction. Old dirt roads always lead to mud holes. Newer less intrusive,"more advanced supply infrastructure" is like an open road with built in additional lane easement accesses,Design with "developmental easements" in place thus improving traction for future movement "forward". We should also redefine what easement uses can multiply in applications per technology needs with set infrastructure location needs.
