Ohio County Murder Case Going to a Grand Jury

A grand jury will hear the case of an Ohio County couple arrested in connection with the death of a 4-year-old child. Jonathan Tucker and Samantha Oakley made their initial appearnce in Ohio District Court. The two were arrested last week. Tucker is accused of murder in the case. Police say he abused Oakley's child to the point where he died. Oakly faces charges because investigators say she knew the abuse was going on but did nothing to stop it.
