Kentucky Utility Companies Sending Workers to Assist in Sandy Relief Efforts

LG and E and Kentucky Utilities sent 100-workers this morning in addition to 300 deployed over the weekend.
The workers include line technicians and tree crews who are will be working in an area north of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
LG and E also sent 75-workers to provide support for crews in southeastern Kentucky and western parts of Virginia.
Both KU and LG and E provide power to parts of the Tri-State.
