Kentucky's top republican has now been sworn in as a Circuit Court Judge in the southern part of the state. Former State Senate President David Williams took the oath today. The Republican was appointed last week by Governor Steve Beshear. You may remember Williams ran against Beshear for the Governor's seat last year. A temporary Senate leader is now in place until December, when a permanent replacement can be named.
