Jasper Man Pleads Guilty for Reckless Homicide

Guilty plea in connection with a Jasper homicide. Tyler Bowles pleaded guilty to reckless homicide. In return, he will serve two years in prison, two years on house arrest, and two years on probation. Police say in September of last year, two people got into a fight on Bowles's home on Kellerville Rd. in Jasper. Bowles fired a shot in an attempt to break up the fight, but one of the shots hit and killed Scotty Kirk.
