Iowa Street Home Catches Fire Monday

Fire officials are trying to determine the cause of morning house fire in Evansville.
Crews were called to the 700 block of East Iowa around 9 Monday morning. Firefighters say that the fire started on the first floor and quickly spread to the walls, making it harder to put out.
Crews say nobody lived in the home, and there were no injuries reported.
