Law enforcement officers surprised dozens of suspected criminals in a warrant round-up this week. Police and sheriffs officials say they had a large case backlog and brought in the U.S. Marshalls and state police to help clear them. They went after suspected criminals who skipped their court dates. They caught roughly 70 of the 200 people they were trying to find.
Officers also say they established many new leads during the round up and its only a matter of time until they catch the rest.
