Harrison Student to Perform in Rose Parade

A senior at Harrison High School has been chosen by the group "Music For All", to join the Bands of America Honor Band for the 2013 Rose Parade.
Austin Tenbarge was selected from a group of hundreds of applicants across the country to join the band. The BOA Honor Band is a 325 piece national ensemble, including wind instruments, percussion, and a flag and dance team.
Tenbarge, who is a saxaphone player, will travel to California for rehearsals, as well as performances at the Tournament of roses Bandfest, and at Disneyland, before the parade on New Year's Day.
