Evansville Veterans Day Ceremony

On this holiday, people are honoring our veterans of the armed services. Sunday morning, veterans, boy scouts, and families gathered at Locust Hill Cemetery in Evansville for a Veterans Day ceremony. The traditional ceremony included music, the playing of taps, and a 21 gun salute. Mayor Lloyd Winnecke also attended a Veterans Day breakfast aboard the LST 325 and a ceremony at Oak Hill Cemetery.
