Indiana Health Officials Asking for More Trauma Centers

Health officials say Indiana needs more trauma centers. Indiana Health Department officials say they want to create a state-wide trauma system similar to what 40 other states have. Traumatic injuries are the top killer of Hoosiers under age 45. The most recent data shows more than 32,000 people in the state are hospitalized each year with these injuries.
